This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by IL Concetto Agency (“we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy or your information, email hello@ilconcetto.org.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect:
- your name and business name;
- your email address;
- your website address, if you give one;
- the enquiry type you choose and what you write in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use your IP address briefly to limit how often the contact form can be sent, which helps stop spam.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call, demo video or written plan;
- to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of what we discussed;
- to protect the website and contact form from spam and abuse.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests, including the contact form.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
- Cal.com provides the booking calendar (see below).
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Booking calendar, cookies and analytics
The booking panel on our homepage is provided by Cal.com. When you scroll near it or select “Book a free call”, your browser loads Cal.com’s calendar from Cal.com’s servers. Cal.com may then receive technical information such as your IP address, and may set cookies or use similar storage. If you book a time, the details you enter go to Cal.com and to us. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and our own code does not set cookies. Our fonts are served from our own domain.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on our providers’ published safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to follow up on work we discuss with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time (see below).
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. We limit who can access enquiries and keep our provider accounts protected. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email hello@ilconcetto.org from the address you used, or tell us which address it was. We will reply within the time the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
